How we research, select, and maintain the guides on Meary Casade.
Research method
We build guides from public sources — official property and destination information, tourism boards, and our own analysis of location and amenities. We describe what a stay is like in practice rather than repeating marketing copy.
How properties are selected
Properties are chosen for how well they help travellers compare a destination — casino relationship, location, and amenity mix — not by who pays a commission. Affiliate participation never buys a placement or a better summary.
Fact checking & verification
Each property carries a "last verified" date. We confirm key facts (casino relationship, core amenities, location) against public sources and re-check on a regular cycle. We do not publish prices, star ratings, or guest scores, which change constantly and are better read live on the booking provider.
Corrections
If we get something wrong, email us the page and the detail. We correct verified errors promptly and update the "last verified" date.
Affiliate independence
Commercial links are disclosed and kept separate from editorial judgement. Our considerations and trade-offs are written the same whether or not a property has an affiliate program.
Update cycle
Guides are reviewed periodically and after material changes to a property or destination. The "updated" date on each guide reflects its most recent review.
